The Vault 88 30-Day Guarantee

Every Vault 88 piece is a one-of-a-kind or strictly numbered work of hand-welded recycled metal art, and we stand behind every sculpture we ship. If you are not completely in love with your piece, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page or by email at support@v88forge.com with your order number.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns received without an RA number cannot be accepted.
  3. Pack the piece in its original protective packaging (or crate, for freight deliveries).
  4. Ship the piece, insured and tracked, to:

Return Conditions

  • Pieces must be returned in the condition received — no damage, alterations, or missing components — in their original protective packaging.
  • Standard (parcel) orders: the customer covers return shipping, unless the piece arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Freight and oversized sculptures: contact us first and we will coordinate re-crating and carrier pickup. Actual return freight cost is deducted from the refund, unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Custom commissions and made-to-order pieces are final sale. If something is not right, contact us — we will always work with you.
  • Sale-priced items remain covered by the 30-day guarantee unless marked "Final Sale" on the product page.

Arrived Damaged? We've Got You.

Every shipment leaves our facilities fully insured. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece within 48 hours of delivery, keep all packaging materials, and contact us immediately. We handle the carrier claim and — your choice — repair the piece, replace it where the edition allows, or refund you in full, including shipping. For freight deliveries, please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives and passes inspection (within 3 business days of receipt), your refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original outbound shipping charges are refunded only when a return results from our error or transit damage.

Exchanges

Because most Vault 88 pieces are one-of-one or low-numbered editions, exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us and we will find a solution — an alternate piece, store credit, or a refund.
