Every Vault 88 sculpture ships fully insured and tracked — from desk-size collectibles to larger-than-life statement pieces. Depending on the piece, your order ships from our Orlando, Florida facility or directly from our West Coast distribution warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Continental U.S. — Parcel Pieces: FREE Insured Shipping on Orders $299+

  • Parcel pieces ship FREE, fully insured, on orders of $299 or more, delivered anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Parcel orders under $299 ship for a flat $19, also fully insured and tracked.
  • No memberships, no codes — the price you see at checkout is the delivered price.

Continental U.S. — Freight Tier: Flat $499 Crated Delivery

  • Larger-than-life sculptures, furniture, and bull skulls ship professionally crated on scheduled freight at a flat $499 rate in the lower 48, shown at checkout.
  • Curbside liftgate delivery with signature is standard; our team contacts you to schedule your delivery window. White-glove inside placement is available by quote.
  • Freight-tier pieces are excluded from the parcel free-shipping tier.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Parcel orders: processed within 1–3 business days; delivery typically 3–7 business days in the continental U.S.
  • Freight and oversized sculptures: professionally crated within 5–10 business days; freight transit typically 1–3 weeks.

You receive tracking the moment your piece ships. During launch drops and holidays, processing can take an extra 1–2 business days.

Alaska & Hawaii — By Quote

We happily ship to Alaska and Hawaii by custom quote. Because oversized metal art requires special handling to AK/HI, checkout does not display automatic rates. Contact us with the piece you want and your address — we reply with a fully insured door-to-door quote and a secure private invoice to complete your order.

International Collectors — We Ship Worldwide by Quote

Vault 88 pieces live in collections around the world. We regularly crate and export to Canada, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Japan, China, the United Kingdom, and beyond. International shipping is arranged by custom quote so your sculpture travels properly export-crated, fully insured, door to door.

  1. Contact us with the piece(s) you want and your destination city and country.
  2. We respond within 1–2 business days with an all-in insured shipping quote.
  3. We send a secure private invoice — once paid, your piece is export-crated and dispatched with full tracking.

International recipients are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes levied by the destination country.

Freight Delivery Tips (Large Sculptures)

  • Inspect the crate before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Photograph the crate on arrival and keep all packaging until you have confirmed your piece is perfect.
  • Most pieces arrive display-ready; freight-size sculptures include assembly support — we will even join you on a video call during setup.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

Every shipment is insured at full value. If anything arrives damaged or a shipment appears lost, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) — we handle the entire claim and make it right under our Refund Policy.
